PAST MATTERS WE HAVE DEALT WITH
*Representing a Financial Banking client and obtaining a successful settlement by Mediation (Working with Mishcon de Reya) in a huge money-laundering white collar Fraud matter, for Hundreds of millions of Pounds involving a Swiss Multi-National. Obtaining a great result for the client.
*We have successfully advised on key commercial issues and billion-dollar Loans for Banks and Multi-nationals in relation to the World bank Sanctions and Debarment, in relation to Billion-dollar loans Projects and allegations of bribery and corruption, in relation to the IDB and OII and the WB or IMF.
*We have successfully represented clients in money market; banking and commercial disputes amounting to billions of dollars, appearing before the American Arbitration Association, against leading teams of American Attorneys and secured successful outcomes for clients.
*More recently we’ve been advising major multi-nationals based in the Middle East on compliance and bringing on board specialist associates for enhancement of remedial compliance to secure protection from third party breaches, which is where these incidents most frequently occur.
